Nikita ‘Nik’ Zlatopolsky
Nikita (Nik) Zlatopolsky is a trial litigator who specializes in a wide range of litigation matters. He specifically focuses his practice areas on personal injury and construction litigation. With a passion for fighting for the rights of Georgians, Nik works tirelessly to ensure his clients receive the maximum compensation possible.
Nik has extensive experience handling complex personal injury cases, including those involving severe burns, automobile accidents, and medical malpractice matters. Coming from a family of physicians, Nik has an inside edge understanding the human body, and bodily-related injuries. He collaborates closely with his clients to understand their needs and concerns and fights vigorously to secure the justice they deserve.
In his past, Nik worked as a construction worker and obtained a unique understanding of how legal issues impact the construction industry. He works closely with contractors, home builders, developers, and owners to provide them with the legal support they need to succeed.
Nik also has a passion for real estate law and handles a variety of real estate matters including property disputes and contracts. He is known for his exceptional litigation skills and reputation for getting his clients the justice they deserve. In fact, he had his first solo jury trial just three months out of law school and received a favorable verdict for the client.
When he’s not fighting for his clients, Nikita enjoys spending time with his beloved 80-pound chocolate lab named Harvey, fishing and duck hunting.
