Jeffrey Leeper
Jeffrey Leeper, Managing Partner, joined the firm in 2006 as a litigation associate and has focused his practice on personal injury and general commercial litigation with particular interest in construction and corporate collections.
As a construction attorney, Jeffrey works closely with construction companies, general contractors, subcontractors, building material suppliers, owners, and land developers. As lead counsel, Jeffrey has successfully litigated across Georgia, Florida, & Texas. Jeffrey is also the Director of the firm’s Florida and Texas litigation departments.
Jeffrey is also a well-versed and experienced personal injury attorney, specializing in car accidents, trucking accidents, and medical malpractice. Due to his experience in the courtroom, clients are often surprised at his astonishing high-dollar awards and winnings amounting to millions of dollars secured for his clients.
Jeffrey prefers to establish a close connection with his clients so that he can better understand the difficulties faced by individuals after an injury, and thereby shape his trial strategy around a client’s needs. He also relies on his professional experts, including doctors and engineers, to fine-tune cases to ensure maximum compensation for his clients. Jeffrey is always eager for a legal battle, rarely backing down because he carries the knowledge and the resources to back up his client’s claims.
In his spare time Jeffrey is an avid athlete, including playing YMCA soccer, golfing, and finishing the 2010 Ironman triathlon. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends, in addition to welding and vehicle restoration.
